1. Store Overview & Print-on-Demand Model
Kingdom Built is an independent retail store offering custom apparel and merchandise. All products sold on kingdombuiltmerch.com are custom-printed on demand upon purchase through our network of integrated fulfillment and print production partners (including Printify).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are made to order specifically for you.
Product mockups and digital previews on our store serve as visual representations. Minor variations in print placement, color vibrancy, or garment fit may occur.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices listed on kingdombuiltmerch.com are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.
Payment Processing: Payment is collected immediately at checkout via secure payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Credit Cards, PayPal). You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Address Accuracy
Fulfillment Time: Because items are custom-printed on demand, orders typically take 2–7 business days for production before being shipped.
Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Kingdom Built is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages: While we assist with tracking delivery, Kingdom Built is not directly responsible for shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or packages lost due to invalid addresses. If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, please contact kingdombuiltmerch@proton.me for assistance.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Custom Production: Because every product is custom-made on demand upon order, all sales are final regarding size choices, color choices, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery at kingdombuiltmerch@proton.me with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or store refund.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, production begins almost immediately with our print partners. Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made immediately and cannot be guaranteed once production starts.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
All designs, graphics, branding, logos, graphics, copy, and visual media displayed on kingdombuiltmerch.com are the intellectual property of Kingdom Built or licensed for our use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or designs from Kingdom Built without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
When using Kingdom Built, you agree not to:
Use our site or products for any illegal purpose or to violate local, state, national, or international laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, hosting platform, or connected payment systems.
Place fraudulent orders or submit false information during checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kingdom Built and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, delays in shipping, or temporary inability to access kingdombuiltmerch.com.
